Technology

A book does not need charging,

A journal does not crash,

A pencil does not need re-calibrating,

A greeting card doesn’t contain a virus,

A letter is not spam,

A signature is not a robot,

.

And yet the irony is realized

when my words

are only heard

through a screen.
