A New Type of Happiness

Don’t give me reality;

give me an escape to the other side of the country.

Don’t give me efficiency;

give me a 12-hour bus ride with my friends.

Don’t give me health;

give me three hours of nonconsecutive sleep.

Don’t give me warmth;

give me a snowy day in a cute jacket.

Don’t give me progress;

give me a paper novel and a 1st-gen Ipod.

Don’t give me fantasy;

give me you.
