6- Word Stories

I asked for nothing; package came.

 

“There’s nobody here,” said the darkness.

 

The grass grew. Her name faded.

 

I smiled at the mirror. She frowned.

 

My gravedigger doesn’t know I’m listening.

 

The stories are always too short.
